This 3-day Camp (Mon, Wed & Fri each week) is delivered LIVE by Super Chef Tim Ong via Camp Asia's dedicated ZOOM conference. 

The world may feel a little different and smaller now - but children can still explore the world of flavours and textures, celebrate diverse cultures and prepare exotic starters, mains, desserts and cakes from their own kitchens at home!

Join in the 3-day cook along with Chef Tim and learn how to prepare tempting food as well as learn why it is done in this way. 

Super Chef iCamp is delivered Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays - allowing a 1-day break to re-stock ingredients and be best prepared for the next session.

*Adult (Parent/Helper) supervision is required throughout for safety - but what a perfect way to bond with your Junior home chefs as you learn and prepare meals for the household together.

*Optional Ingredient Pack Delivery: We can deliver main ingredients and some special equipment (e.g. flour, piping bags, tart shells) to each participant on the weekend prior to camp at $75/Child. This add-on can be selected during booking - and must be purchased by the Wednesday prior to camp at the latest (Does not include kitchen essentials laid out below)

Chef Tim Ong’s skills and enthusiasm have resulted in a number of notable achievements, starting with completing a business degree in Australia, holding his first head chef position at 23 years old, working with many Michelin-starred chefs and TV appearances on Asian Food Channel. He counts running Camp Asia’s Super Chef camps amongst these, having worked in the program since 2012.

Please ensure that you have read and understood the iCamp Parent/Child Guidelines prior to booking the camp.

iCamp Equipment/Materials

Super Chef iCamp will require you to source your own ingredients for the week. Here is the Sample for a 3-day program:

Ingredients/Equipment:

  • Baking: Flour, Baking Soda, Sugar, Vanilla Essence, Dark Brown Sugar, Bread Flour, Italian Herbs, Yeast
  • Veg: Leek, Thyme, Onion, Tomatoes
  • Chiller: Butter, Eggs, Milk, Cream, Bacon, Cheese, Dark Chocolate, Spinach, Ricotta Cheese, Phyllo Pastry, 6 Lemons, Pizza Toppings
  • Equip: Tart Shell Tray for Quiche

*Camp Asia can deliver "Super Chef Ingredient Pack" including all the above on Sat. before Camp (Add-on $75.00 Ingredient Pack option during Booking)

The following items must be provided by junior home chefs:

  • Salt/Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Baking paper
  • Aluminium foil
  • Cake trays for brownies and cakes
  • Baking tray
  • Oven
  • Basic kitchen equipment

*These items are required, and will not be included in the Ingredient pack delivery (if you choose Ingredient Pack add-on option).

User Email Addresses for Zoom 

Parents can use their Camp Asia User ID emails to log into Zoom. All users are required to input their child's first and last name as their participant ID on Zoom.

Zoom Conference Recordings

Please note that all of Camp Asia's online classes will be recorded (and deleted post-camp) as a necessary safeguarding measure to serve both children and our members of staff.
