FABRIC HACKERSPACE
Designed for curious minds aged 9–11, this camp is an exciting introduction to the world of technology, design, and hands-on learning. Young participants will explore TurtleStitch to code simple embroidery patterns and gain hands-on experience with BERNINA sewing and embroidery machines. They will learn about design thinking by tackling fun, real-world challenges, transforming their imaginative ideas into tangible prototypes using sustainable materials.
The design process focuses on sparking curiosity and encouraging creativity through collaboration. Students will build confidence as they share their creations with peers and receive guided feedback to refine their work. With teamwork, self-expression, and problem-solving at its core, this camp offers younger learners an unforgettable opportunity to explore their potential and ignite a lifelong love for innovation.
