With over 25 years of teaching different age groups globally, Stella is experienced in working with diverse learners in an inclusive learning environment. She is passionate in cultivating the children's curiosity in learning, fostering teamwork and mutual respect while developing new lifelong skills.

She is passionate about working with kids and has the ability to foster a joyful environment that promotes learning and independence. Her primary responsibility as a multi-activity teacher is to create a safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters creativity, teamwork, love for learning, and personal growth. She has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as she interacts with children of different ages and backgrounds. While establishing a sense of community and respect, she encourages kids to take on challenges and provides opportunities for students to explore their interests, develop new skills, and build meaningful relationships with peers. She makes sure that every kid at Camp Asia is engaged, challenged, and creates fun lasting memories and enriching experiences that can last a lifetime.

I am a mother of 1 beautiful son. I have a serious love for food! Some may say it's a problem but I like positive spin :) It's 10th year and counting teaching here at Stamford and I’m still in love with my job!

Kai Xiang is exposed to many different areas in the outdoors scene, from competition to adventure education. The vast experience, helped in planning and formulating out a different experiential learning experience that was able to cater to the different audience group.

Mona Tan is very passionate about outdoor learning and believes in the many benefits of outdoor learning for children. This has allowed her to enrich her teaching and inspire students who attend her Discovery of the World, Early Numeracy and Motor Skills classes. She was part of the early childhood group selected to take part in ECDA’s first Training of Trainers programme for Outdoor Learning initiative, where she and her team developed and implemented the outdoor learning pilot workshops for existing educators. The pilot workshops allowed them to gather valuable insight and feedback to refine the programs.

Armed with degrees in Science, Environmental Studies and Education, Lisa is an active advocate for outdoor and nature learning.

She has planned and managed many local and overseas school camps for MOE and international schools and overseas exchanged students’ camps/workshop programs over last 2 decades.

Currently, a part-time adjunct lecturer in local polytechnics and training young Science Olympians in MOE schools, Lisa is still very active and has never stop engaging people in outdoor and nature learning.
